This policy explains how PMR Learn collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pmrlearn.com or contact us. It follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA.
Who we are
PMR Learn is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at projects@pmrlearn.com.
What we collect
- When you visit the website and accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you view, the buttons you click (such as LINE, email or LinkedIn), your device and browser type, and your approximate location by country or city. It uses a random identifier, not your name.
- Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- When you contact us on LINE, by email or on LinkedIn, we receive what you send, such as your name, LINE display name, email address, company, job title and message. Please don't send client data or confidential project documents at first contact.
This website has no forms, accounts or file uploads, so we don't collect personal data in any other way.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, check whether our services fit your project and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (PDPA Section 24(3)).
- To run the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Section 24(5)).
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Section 19), which you can withdraw at any time.
You don't have to give us any personal data. If you don't contact us, we have no contact details for you. If you decline analytics cookies, the site works exactly the same.
Cookies and browser storage
Analytics cookies are only set after you choose Accept in the cookie notice, and Google's tags don't load before then. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website.
- Google, for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and our email (Google Workspace).
- LY Corporation (LINE), LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook), when you contact us through their services. Their own privacy policies cover how they handle your data.
We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Transfers outside Thailand
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Thailand. These transfers are covered by their data processing terms, which include standard contractual clauses. When you contact us through LINE, email or LinkedIn, the transfer is needed so we can reply to you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Project correspondence: for the length of the project, then as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records.
- Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically.
How we protect it
Only the people who need access to our accounts have it, and every account uses two-step verification. The website is served over HTTPS.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can:
- ask for access to your personal data and a copy of it
- ask us to send your data to you or another organisation in a readable format
- object to how we use it
- ask us to delete it or make it anonymous
- ask us to limit how we use it
- ask us to correct it if it's wrong or incomplete
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)
To make a request, email projects@pmrlearn.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you think we've handled your data in a way that breaks the PDPA, you can complain to the PDPC at www.pdpc.or.th.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website isn't meant for anyone under 20, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, for example by adding a new tool, we'll update this page, its version number and its date.
